Hey, I'm Tracy Armitage, spiritual truth seeker, quantum healer, past life regressionist and humble servant of infinite intelligence with a mission to help others awaken. And I know a thing or two about connecting with the Higher Self - I've been doing this since 2011.

💫 Why I Created This Course
There was a time when I felt completely lost.
No matter what I tried — reading, meditating, healing, searching — I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing.
And I was on a quest to find answers to the BIG questions - like is there a right religion? What happens when we die? Do we have a guardian angel and how do we connect to God/Source/Infinite Intelligence?
And then I found Quantum Healing - QHHT back in 2011/2012 and learned the amazing modality that is Past Life Regression and contact with the Higher Self.
I was blown away by what we could contact and connect with - that every single on of us can contact our Higher Self and spirit guides anytime!
But when I had sessions on myself with a friend who also learned the same modality, I could never make contact with my Higher Self. And this really got to me because I wanted it so badly but nothing came - no information, no voice, no images....NOTHING!
And because I wasn't a great subject under hypnosis myself, I’d have moments of deep connection, but they never seemed to last. Then I'd see a beautiful light and wonder if that was my Higher Self. But it wasn't until my 8th try with another practitioner - yes, I was a difficult client - that it finally happened for me and my Higher Self gave me an amazing message about connection. I see now how simple and profound it was. And boy was I the happiest person in the world because I could finally do it - convincingly! I really did communicate with my Higher Self.
But there were days when it felt like the universe had gone quiet — when I couldn’t feel that loving guidance I knew existed.
But over time, through hypnosis, energy work, and Higher Self connection, I discovered something life-changing:
My Higher Self had never left me.
I had simply forgotten how to listen.
Once I reconnected, everything shifted.
Life began to flow again.
Synchronicities appeared.
Decisions felt lighter, guided, and more aligned.

Now, I wasn't thinking back then that I should share this, I mean, I believed they were only telling me this so that I could understand what I had been doing wrong and I partly thought "they" felt sorry for me because I'd been trying for so long!!!
But it wasn't until I felt guided to create this course years later, that I realised the importance of the message they gave me and it's so simple - but not always easy.
That's when I realised that sharing that simple message would be critical in helping others connect to their Higher Self to receive their inner guidance and I knew it would go a long way to helping people to know they are NEVER ALONE.
..and I mean that in more ways than one. Firstly, you're not alone, meaning others have felt as you felt. Secondly, you're really not alone because you have a guardian angel assigned to you at birth and because....

Now, my story around this isn't perfect BECAUSE...
...life happens. We get busy, we don't "tune in" enough and for me, well I travelled to a few different countries and sort of stopped doing Quantum Healings - not because I didn't love it, just because life got busy and I then lost my confidence to put myself out there (and I know this is a lesson for me to conquer).
For me, it was one of the hardest things I ever had to do - I was trying so hard to hear my Higher Self. I knew from doing the course that it/they were there but I wasn't able to "hear" them convincingly.
